Order Processing
We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. If you use the SHOP App, tracking updates may also be available there.
You can track your order at any time using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
International Orders & Customs
Australian orders are not subject to customs duties or import taxes.

Shipping Delays
While we do our best to ensure your order arrives promptly, occasional shipping delays may occur that are outside of our control.
If your parcel is delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number, as they will have the most up-to-date information regarding your shipment.
Jatali Swim is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance processes, weather events or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Use a mild detergent or rinse with clean water after wear
• Do not bleach, soak or tumble dry
• Hang dry in the shade
Protecting Your Swimwear
To maintain the quality, colour and integrity of your swimwear, we recommend avoiding contact with:
• Sunscreen and tanning products
• Chlorine and hot tubs
• Harsh chemicals and rough surfaces
Please ensure sunscreen and tanning products are fully absorbed and dry before wearing your swimwear, as these products may cause staining, discolouration or fabric damage.
Rough surfaces such as pool edges, rocks, concrete and decking may cause pulling, snagging or damage to delicate swim fabrics.
Storage & Care
Avoid leaving your swimwear wet for extended periods of time, as this may affect the colour and elasticity of the fabric.
Store your swimwear flat or folded in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Additional Care Information
Do not iron, dry clean or expose your swimwear to prolonged direct sunlight, as this may cause fading, discolouration and damage to the fabric.
With proper care, your Jatali Swim pieces will maintain their shape, colour and quality for seasons to come.
