Returns Policy

At Jatali Swim, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns for a refund or store credit on eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned in their original condition, including:

• Unworn and unwashed
• All original tags attached
• Hygiene liner intact and attached
• Free from makeup, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, body oils, stains, odours, pet hair and signs of wear
• Returned in original packaging where possible

For hygiene reasons, all swimwear must be tried on over underwear. Any item returned in a condition that prevents it from being resold as new will not be accepted.

Sale Items & Discount Codes

All sale items and items purchased using a discount code are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund or store credit.

As all final sale purchases are excluded from our returns policy, we strongly encourage customers to review our Size Guide and contact our Customer Support team before purchasing if they require assistance with sizing, fit or fabric selection.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with returning an item to Jatali Swim.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Jatali Swim cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost, delayed or damaged in transit.

If an item is confirmed to be faulty, Jatali Swim will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping.

International Returns

We accept eligible returns from both Australian and international customers.

Please note that all return shipping costs, duties, taxes and customs fees associated with international returns are the responsibility of the customer. Jatali Swim is not responsible for any customs charges incurred when returning items from outside Australia.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all international returns, as Jatali Swim cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost, delayed or damaged in transit.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact our Customer Support team at contactjataliswim@gmail.com.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time your return is received and processed. If your requested size or style is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.

How To Return An Item

To request a return, please contact contactjataliswim@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Reason for return
• Clear photographs if your return relates to a fault or quality concern

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, our team will provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back without first contacting our Customer Support team.

Processing Times

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome via email.

Please allow up to 5 business days for returns to be assessed.

Approved refunds, store credits and exchanges will be processed within 3 business days of approval. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time for refunds to appear in your account.

Rejected Returns

Returns that do not meet our policy requirements will not be accepted.

This includes, but is not limited to, items that:

• Have been worn, washed or altered
• Contain makeup, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, body oils, stains or odours
• Have pet hair or other visible contaminants present
• Are missing tags or hygiene liners
• Show signs of wear and tear
• Are returned outside the approved return period
• Are sale items or items purchased using a discount code

Any return deemed ineligible will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense. No refund, exchange or store credit will be issued for rejected returns.

Faulty Items

We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact our Customer Support team at contactjataliswim@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs showing the fault.

Our team will assess the claim and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Please note that normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, damage caused by misuse, or issues resulting from failure to follow care instructions will not be considered manufacturing faults.
