What is your returns policy?
We accept returns of products in new condition with all tags and liners intact for a refund or store credit. Returns must be sent within 14 days from the date the parcel is received. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return. Sale items include items purchased with a discount code and are not eligible for return. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear and do not remove the protective liner, items that are worn or are stained will not be accepted for return.
Do you cover return costs?
No, Jatali Swim does not cover return shipping. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is verified to be faulty, in which case we will cover the return shipping cost.

Can I return sale items or items purchased with a discount code?
Sale items and items purchased with a Discount Code are not eligible for a return. We want you to purchase in confidence so if you have any questions about sizing, fit or fabric please contact our Customer Support team and review our size chart before placing your order.
How do I return an item?

What happens if your return is rejected by our returns team?
Items not in their original condition, with packaging, protective liners intact, and tags attached, or with stains/soiling, will be returned to you immediately. For sanitary reasons, we cannot issue store credits or refunds for these items. To avoid any issues, please contact us beforehand to confirm the eligibility of your return, as return shipping will be at the customer's expense for ineligible items.
