Returns Policy

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns of products in new condition with all tags and liners intact for store credit only. Returns must be sent within 14 days from the date the parcel is received. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return. Sale items include items purchased with a discount code and are not eligible for return. For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear and do not remove the protective slip, items that are worn or are stained will not be accepted.

 

Do you cover return costs?

No, jataliswim.com does not cover return shipping and it is at customer expense.

 

Do you accept exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges, if you would like to exchange an item please make a return first and make a new purchase with your store credit provided by us. Please feel free to reach out to our customer service team should you have any concerns around getting your return product back to us, we will be happy to help.

 

Can I return sale items or items purchased with a discount code?

Sale items and items purchased with a Discount Code are not eligible for a return. We want you to purchase in confidence so if you have any questions about sizing, fit or fabric please contact our Customer Support team and review our size chart before placing your order.

 

How do I return an item?

In order to return your item, you must contact our customer support team via support@jataliswim.com. One of our customer service team will then assist you and process your store credit for eligible items.

 

What happens if your return is rejected by our returns team?

Any items received that are not in original condition, in packaging with panty liner intact and tags attached or have stains/soiling will be immediately shipped back to you. We are unable to issue store credits on these items for sanitary reasons. Cost of $10 will be at customer expense.

 

What to do if you experience issues with your items?

We are confident you’ll love your Jatali Swim pieces, however, if there are any issues with quality or a fault we will resolve this quickly. All you need to do is to contact our Customer Care team via suppport@jataliswim.com.
