Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Orders are shipped Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. If you use the SHOP App, tracking updates may also be available there.

You can track your order at any time using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

International Orders & Customs

Australian orders are not subject to customs duties or import taxes.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, import fees and other charges may apply upon arrival in your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

Jatali Swim is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes or additional charges incurred on international orders. We recommend familiarising yourself with your country's import regulations before placing your order.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives promptly, occasional shipping delays may occur that are outside of our control.

If your parcel is delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number, as they will have the most up-to-date information regarding your shipment.

Jatali Swim is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance processes, weather events or other circumstances beyond our control.
