However, colours may vary depending on device screens, browser settings, lighting conditions and photography.
Minor variations in colour, print placement, measurements and fit may occur between garments and do not constitute a manufacturing fault.
All sizing information is provided as a guide only. Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, size guides and measurements before purchasing.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice.
Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.
In the event of a pricing error, stock discrepancy, system error or suspected fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order. Where payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.
4. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to cancel, limit or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
Where an order cannot be fulfilled, customers will be contacted and refunded accordingly.
We reserve the right to refuse orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors or parties purchasing for commercial resale purposes.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timeframes provided by Jatali Swim are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been dispatched, shipping delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs authorities or other third parties are outside of our control.
Jatali Swim is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer.
Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jatali Swim is not liable for lost, stolen or delayed parcels once they have been transferred to the relevant shipping carrier.
6. International Orders & Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, taxes and other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.
Customers are responsible for understanding their country's import regulations before placing an order.
If a parcel is refused due to unpaid customs duties, taxes or fees, the order may be returned to us. Any refund or store credit issued may be reduced by shipping costs, customs fees and return handling charges incurred by Jatali Swim.
We are legally required to declare the full value of all international shipments and cannot alter customs declarations.
7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns are subject to our Returns Policy.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and returned with all original tags attached and hygiene liners intact.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear.
Items returned with stains, makeup, fake tan, perfume, odours, damage, missing tags or removed hygiene liners may be refused and returned to the customer.
Approved returns may be issued as either a refund or store credit in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights available to consumers under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Sale Items
All sale items, discounted products, promotional purchases and products marked as Final Sale are final sale and are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
9. Promotional Codes & Discounts
Promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retrospectively once an order has been placed.
Unless otherwise stated, only one discount code may be used per order.
Promotional codes cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred, sold or exchanged.
Jatali Swim reserves the right to cancel, modify or withdraw promotions at any time without notice.
10. Gift Cards & Store Credit
Gift cards and store credits are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Store credits issued by Jatali Swim may only be used for purchases made through our website.
Lost, stolen or unauthorised use of gift cards or store credits is not the responsibility of Jatali Swim.
Gift cards and store credits may not be resold, transferred or exchanged for cash.
11. Intellectual Property
All content appearing on this website, including but not limited to photographs, videos, graphics, logos, trademarks, product designs, text, website content and branding, is the property of Jatali Swim and is protected by Australian intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished or used without prior written permission from Jatali Swim.
Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
